Taken in the autumn of 2020, just months before the start of the multi-million pound refurbishment, this photograph shows Barmouth Railway Bridge at its most weathered and characterful. The rusting steel, set against the backdrop of the Mawddach Estuary, made the bridge more photogenic than ever.
